INGREDIENTS
  1. 100 g pasta, dry weight
  2. 2 tins (160 g drained) tuna in spring water
  3. 100 g cherry tomatoes or sweetcorn
  4. 1 tbsp olive oil, lemon
  5. Chilli flakes, black pepper, salt
METHOD
  1. 01Cook the pasta.
  2. 02Drain, then stir through the tuna, tomatoes or corn, oil, lemon and seasoning.
  3. 03Eat hot or cold — it packs fine for a desk lunch.
NOTES & SWAPS

A spoon of pesto or passata lifts it. Wholemeal pasta adds fibre; a scoop of the pasta water loosens it if it's dry.
