- →100 g pasta, dry weight
- →2 tins (160 g drained) tuna in spring water
- →100 g cherry tomatoes or sweetcorn
- →1 tbsp olive oil, lemon
- →Chilli flakes, black pepper, salt
- 01Cook the pasta.
- 02Drain, then stir through the tuna, tomatoes or corn, oil, lemon and seasoning.
- 03Eat hot or cold — it packs fine for a desk lunch.
A spoon of pesto or passata lifts it. Wholemeal pasta adds fibre; a scoop of the pasta water loosens it if it's dry.
Note: A recipe, not a meal plan. How much of it fits your day depends on your targets — build it into a plan or ask at your assessment.
