- →60 g rolled oats
- →1 scoop (30 g) whey or plant protein
- →200 ml milk of choice
- →100 g Greek yogurt
- →1 tbsp chia seeds
- →1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- →80 g berries
- 01Stir the oats, protein powder, chia and milk together in a jar until there are no dry pockets.
- 02Fold in the yogurt and sweetener.
- 03Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 hours.
- 04Top with berries before eating. Loosen with a splash of milk if it set too thick.
Swap the whey for a plant protein and use soy milk to make it fully dairy-free and vegan. Keeps 3 days in the fridge, so make a few at once.
Note: A recipe, not a meal plan. How much of it fits your day depends on your targets — build it into a plan or ask at your assessment.
