INGREDIENTS
  1. 200 g chicken breast
  2. 250 g sweet potato
  3. 150 g broccoli or green beans
  4. 1 tbsp olive oil
  5. Paprika, garlic, salt, pepper
METHOD
  1. 01Heat the oven to 200°C. Roast the sweet potato (cubed or whole) for 25–30 minutes.
  2. 02Season the chicken and grill or bake until it hits 74°C, about 18 minutes, then rest and slice.
  3. 03Steam the greens.
  4. 04Plate up and finish with a little oil and lemon.
NOTES & SWAPS

Add a second breast or more sweet potato to push the calories for a bulk. White rice swaps in if you want faster carbs around training.
