INGREDIENTS
  1. 350 g chicken breast, cubed
  2. 150 g Greek yogurt
  3. 2 tsp tandoori or tikka masala
  4. 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  5. 1 tsp oil, lemon, salt
  6. Onion and pepper chunks
METHOD
  1. 01Mix the yogurt, spices, ginger-garlic, oil, lemon and salt. Coat the chicken and marinate at least 1 hour.
  2. 02Thread onto skewers with the onion and pepper.
  3. 03Grill, bake at 220°C, or pan-sear on high, turning, until charred and cooked through (74°C), about 12–15 minutes.
