Wall Sit
An isometric hold seated against a wall with the thighs parallel, building quad endurance and mental grit. A simple, equipment-light leg burner.

- 01Stand with the back against a wall and walk the feet out.
- 02Slide down until the thighs are parallel to the floor.
- 03Set the knees over the ankles at ninety degrees.
- 04Press the whole back flat into the wall.
- 05Hold the position, breathing steadily, for time.
- 01Thighs parallel, knees over ankles.
- 02Whole back flat on the wall.
- 03Weight in the heels, breathe.
- 01Letting the knees drift past the toes — walk the feet further out.
- 02Sitting above parallel to make it easy — drop to ninety degrees.
- 03Holding the breath — keep it steady through the burn.
