Single-Leg Glute Bridge
HOW TO DO IT
  1. 01Lie on the back with one knee bent, foot flat, and the other leg extended.
  2. 02Keep the extended leg in line with the bent thigh.
  3. 03Press through the planted heel and lift the hips.
  4. 04Drive up until the body is straight from shoulder to knee.
  5. 05Squeeze the glute at the top, then lower with control.
COACHING CUES
  1. 01Push through the planted heel.
  2. 02Keep the hips level — don't let one side drop.
  3. 03Squeeze the glute at the top.
COMMON MISTAKES
  1. 01Letting the raised-leg hip sag — keep the pelvis level.
  2. 02Arching the lower back to lift higher — drive with the glute, not the spine.
  3. 03Pushing off the toes — keep the weight in the heel.
